A team averaging 15 years each in enterprise IT services — people who have lived inside real business IT problems, not a research lab guessing at what enterprises need. We build autonomous AI enterprises can actually rely on, not just experiment with.

The founding team has worked together in one form or another for over a decade, with roughly 15 years each in enterprise IT services. Kognify started as an idea two and a half years ago, growing out of an Australian healthcare IT project to provide AI-assisted guidance on patient and clinical information. That's where we realized our enterprise background — living inside real business IT problems — put us in a strong position to build AI that enterprises could actually rely on.
We started from an uncomfortable observation: AI's technological leap has been enormous, but business automation stayed inert — AI layered on legacy systems, wrapped in caveats, with deliberately limited commitments to quality. We took the opposite path: genuinely autonomous AI with a real commitment to the result, because autonomy is only earned if the output can be trusted every single time. That's why we started where mistakes cost the most — invoices and AP automation.
Our background shapes the product: we build for the realities of enterprise IT, and we commit to the result rather than hedging it.

The idea took shape 2.5 years ago, out of a project helping nurses get AI-assisted patient guidance.
People who've sat on the integrator's side of the table before — not a research lab guessing at enterprise needs.
Genuinely autonomous AI with a real commitment to accuracy, not AI wrapped in caveats and limited guarantees.
We began with invoices and AP — verifying and recalculating across steps, cross-checked against POs and deliveries.
Entirely within Microsoft Azure EU data centers, inheriting Microsoft's data-residency and compliance guarantees.
Trust isn't a claim — it's a record. Kognify has been through the audits and adversarial testing that make every other security questionnaire feel routine.
Cleared security audits from two banks — Postbank and TBI Bank — the kind of scrutiny few vendors survive.
Passed Veolia's third-party penetration test with an 'A' grade — proven under adversarial testing, not self-assessment.
Identity and access run inside Azure's own security perimeter — enterprise-grade auth without extra infrastructure.

Whether you're an enterprise or an integrator, we'll scope it with you and stay on the hook for the result — for the life of the contract.
